For students

Where we send students, with the fee on the first page

Figures are what the universities and ministries published for recent intakes. Bring your marksheets and we check them against the current year before you pay anyone anything.

Counsellor at the window over the Butwal road — Our counsellor at the office window. The UK is the country we send most students to.

United Kingdom

Offer letters from 140 universities. Scholarships up to 7,500 pounds for September 2026.

The UK is our busiest desk. Undergraduate and master's courses, health and care routes for nursing-minded students, MBA and MSc options, and universities that accept a Nepali +2 with C+ in place of IELTS for some programmes. We list the fee and the scholarship on the first page of every offer, and the intake it applies to, because both change every year.

If you have a study gap of up to five years, or a previous refusal elsewhere, say so at counselling; several of the universities we work with take those files.

Study: Bachelor's, master's, top-up and health and care courses
Work: 20 hours a week in term
Window: +2 or bachelor's; IELTS or PTE, or C+ in +2 English for selected universities

India

A nursing or engineering seat in Bangalore, with the full package price in rupees before you decide.

GNM and BSc nursing, allied health such as anaesthesia and operation theatre technology, and BTech engineering at colleges in Bangalore and beyond. Packages are quoted for the whole course including hostel and meals, in Indian rupees, so parents can plan.

India is also our backup for students who sit the Nepal CEE and do not get a seat: the Indian session starts in August and September, after the Nepal results.

Study: GNM and BSc nursing, allied health, BTech engineering, BAMS, BPT
Work: Not on a student visa
Window: +2 science for nursing and engineering; COMPEX scholarship exam for the Embassy of India seats, age 16 to 23

Australia

Two intakes a year. The financial file is most of the work, and we build it with you.

Australia asks for a complete financial and genuine-student file before the university even looks at the visa. We prepare the bank, sponsor and course-fit documents with you, lodge the application, and keep the intake date in view.

Study: Bachelor's and master's, vocational diplomas
Work: 48 hours a fortnight in term
Window: +2 or bachelor's; IELTS or PTE as the university asks

Counsellor standing in the office — Our counsellor in the Milanchowk office.

Canada

Three intakes a year, and we take files with a previous refusal.

Canadian study permits turn on the profile assessment and the financial proof. We assess before we apply, say honestly when a file is weak, and work with students who have had a refusal before.

Study: Diploma, bachelor's and master's
Work: Permitted on a study permit
Window: +2 or bachelor's; IELTS or PTE

IELTS, PTE and Duolingo

Classes at the Milanchowk office in small batches, morning and evening. Mock tests on the real format before you book the exam. We register you for the test date when your mock scores are stable, not before.

Several UK universities we work with accept a C+ in +2 English or a medium-of-instruction letter instead of IELTS. Come for counselling first and we tell you whether you need the test at all.

Nepal entrance and India

CEE, IOE and the India backup

Two exams decide most futures here: the Medical Education Commission CEE for nursing, MBBS and allied health, and the IOE entrance for engineering. We fill the CEE form free, help you read the result, and keep an India seat open in case the Nepal one does not come.

Free CEE form filling

We fill the Medical Education Commission form with you and check it for the errors that get forms rejected. On site or online, no charge.

Bring: +2 transcript, citizenship, photos, fee receipt
Takes: Half an hour at the office

Result and seat counselling

After the CEE or IOE result, we sit with you and the merit list and say honestly which colleges and subjects your rank reaches, in Nepal.

Bring: Your result and rank
Takes: One sitting, free

India backup, same session

If the Nepal seat does not come, the Indian nursing and engineering session starts in August and September. We keep that file warm so you do not lose a year.

Bring: Marksheets, passport if you have one
Takes: Decision within the week of the result

Admission, documents, departure

College selection, package in writing, documents, and for India the no-objection and travel. For Nepal colleges, the admission paperwork.

Takes: As the college asks
